Delete My Data
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data from Beam at any time.
How to request deletion
- If the App has an in-app account deletion option, use that — it takes effect immediately.
- Otherwise, email ops@lbab-creative.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete my data — Beam".
What gets deleted
We will delete your account and the personal data associated with it, except where we are required to retain limited information for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
When it happens
Deletion requests submitted by email are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once your data has been deleted.
